Epoxy resin coatings are used for internal anti-corrosion protection of pipelines for the transport of gas, oil and water.

Preparation of the steel surface is performed by sandblasting to a grade of Ca 2 ½ with steel shot.

The coating consists of one or more layers of two-component epoxy paint.

Pipe outer diameter (D) : from 159mm to 813mm

Coating manufacturing standard: AWWA C 210; API RP 5L2

Minimum dry coating thickness: 200µm for water

Minimum dry lining thickness: 60µm for oil or gas

Bare ends: approx. 20mm

Protective hats – upon request from the customer

Pipe length: 6m to 12m

For this type of coating, a two-component epoxy paint is used, which, after being mixed in a certain ratio recommended by the supplier, is applied centrifugally with airless equipment.

Each pipe is marked with a text containing the trademark and company name, dimensions and quality of material and standard according to which the pipe is made, as well as the type and standard for the manufacture of the inner lining. In the case when the pipes are packed in packages (diameter less than 219mm), the marking text is on a label attached to each package.
