FZC 11 OKTOMVRI AD from Kumanovo today represents a giant not only within the Republic of North Macedonia and the Balkans, but also much wider, as a recognizable name for the production of high-quality electro-welded pipes and profiles.
The factory is a joint-stock company with dominant private capital and has about a thousand employees, a large part of whom are shareholders. It has a large number of production capacities for the production of welded steel pipes and profiles of almost all types and sizes, as well as their appropriate anti-corrosion protection, which makes it one of the most significant manufacturers of these products in Southeast Europe and is considered a reliable partner with a long tradition.
Production of longitudinally welded steel pipes and profiles with small and medium diameters, with high-frequency (HFW) welding process are the most common technological processes, but also for longitudinally welded steel pipes with large diameters, submerged arc welding (SAW) is used. In addition, in part of the installed capacities in the Factory, open and closed profiles with standard and special cross-sections, connecting elements, grounding strips, etc. are produced.
The Factory operates production plants for modern anti-corrosion protection of the interior and exterior of steel pipes with epoxy, polyethylene, cement, bitumen, zinc and various other temporary and permanent coatings.
FZC 11 OKTOMVRI AD provides engineering services and performs installation of pipelines and steel structures.
In the past period of continuous production and participation in the construction of all major pipelines for water, gas and oil, the Factory has gained vast experience and a high reputation by adopting the strictest quality criteria in relevant EN, ISO and leading national standards (API; ASTM; DIN; BS; NF; UNI; GOST, etc.).
