Cement mortar is made from sulfate-resistant Portland cement, pure silica sand with a granulation according to the defined coating thickness.

The prepared mortar is applied using a centrifugation procedure, in which the tube rotates at a sufficient number of revolutions to achieve a compact layer and expel excess water.

The coating meets the requirements of DIN 2614, EN 10298 and ANSI/AWWA C 205 standards.

Diameters from 159 mm to 610 mm and lengths from 6 m to 12 m are covered.
