Epoxy resin coating is applied to internal anti-corrosion protection of pipelines for gas, oil and water transportation.
Preparing the surface of the tube is performed by the shot blasting to ensure Sa 2½ degree of cleanliness.
Coating consists of one or more layers of two-component epoxy paint.
Outside diameter of pipe (D): from 159mm to 813mm
Standard for coating application: AWWA C 210; API RP 5L2
Minimum thickness of dry coating: 200μm for water
Minimum thickness of dry coating: 60μm for oil or gas
Cut back: cca. 20mm

For this type of coatings is used two-component epoxy color, which once is blended in a proper ratio recommended by the supplier and centrifuge applied with erless equipment.
Each pipe has written text that contains a trademark and company name, size and quality of materials, the standard by which the pipe is made and the type and standard of making the external coating. When pipes are packaged in bundles (diameter less than 219mm), marking text is on the label fixed to each package.
