Cement mortar is made of sulfate-resistant portland cement, sand from clean silicon dioxide with grain size according to the defined thickness of the coating.
The prepared cement mortar is applied by centrifuge procedure whereby the pipe rotates with sufficient speed that makes it possible to achieve compact layer and discard excess of water.
This coating meets the requirement of standards: DIN 2614, EN 10298 and ANSI / AWWA C 205.
Diameters covered: from 159 mm to 610 mm and length from 6 meters to 12 meters.
